HerStory: As a Physician Assistant & Fashion Merchandising graduate of the illustrious HBCU, Howard University, Irijah Stennett has worked in the health field, fashion, nonprofit and youth development/leadership programs for over 20 years. Whether conducting routine HIV testing in Emergency Rooms, teaching nutrition, designing apparel or reproductive health presentations she sees the connections between wellness, fashion design/creativity, and education.
